Broadgate Estates selects Incentive Lynx for Security Services at Kings Cross

Kings CrossBroadgate Estates, which manages some of the most prestigious developments in Central London, has awarded a three-year contract to Incentive Lynx Security to provide security services at one of the city’s most successful development projects, King’s Cross Central. This appointment follows a competitive tender and comprehensive market review.

Under the terms of the multi-million pound contract which began earlier this month Incentive Lynx, part of the Incentive FM Group, will provide King’s Cross with building and estate security, as well as control room management. Thirty-five members of staff have transferred to Incentive Lynx under TUPE and will form part of a team providing 24-hour coverage.

The King’s Cross estate currently comprises Battle Bridge Place, King's Boulevard, Granary Square, The Granary Building and several residential buildings. When complete, the estate will contain 50 new buildings, 2,000 new homes, 20 new streets and 10 new public squares. There are a number of key projects currently underway across the 67 acre site and by 2016 it is estimated that up to 30,000 people will be studying, living and working at King’s Cross.

Incentive FM build on relationship with Jones Lang LaSalle with new shopping centre contract

Incentive FM, the UK’s leading independent facilities company, has further strengthened its relationship with Jones Lang LaSalle, after being awarded a three-year contract to provide a soft services solution at the Church Square Shopping Centre in St Helens.

Under the terms of the deal, Incentive FM will provide all security and cleaning services at the centre. The facilities company was awarded the contract after demonstrating exceptional levels of service at a number of shopping centres managed by Jones Lang LaSalle, including Friars Square Shopping Centre in Aylesbury and Shrewsbury Shopping Centres.

Church Square, located in the heart of St Helens, houses 84 retail outlets and offers customers a range of cafes and food outlets. Incentive FM will also be supporting Jones Lang LaSalle and Church Square on its commitment to the environment, in a bid to ensure that the best sustainable practices are followed – to date 98% of waste is recycled, while electricity consumption has reduced by 6% since 2010.

In addition, Incentive FM has received “extremely positive” feedback from the 25 members of staff who have been transferred to the company under TUPE, after quickly launching extensive internal training, as well as setting up staff on Personal Development Plans.

Incentive FM secures Shrewsbury deal

Darwin Shopping CentreIncentive FM, the UK’s leading independent facilities company, has been awarded a three-year contract to provide a soft services solution at Shrewsbury Shopping Centres.
Under the terms of the deal Incentive FM will provide all security and cleaning at the three sites that make up Shrewsbury Shopping Centres - Pride Hill, Darwin and Riverside. The locations house 120 retail outlets totaling 500,000 sq ft in size.

The award of this contract follows a decision by managing agents Jones Lang Lasalle and the Centre Manager to consolidate the services required by three shopping centres under one specialist contractor. Thirty-four members of staff will transfer to Incentive FM under TUPE and will undergo an intensive training programme designed to improve standards and drive down costs.

Nottingham Building Society Sign Up again with Incentive FM

Nottingham Building SocietyNottingham Building Society (NBS) has extended its contract with Incentive FM for a further 5-year term, building on a 13 year partnership that has resulted in significantly improved efficiencies.
Incentive FM, one of the UK’s leading independent facilities management companies, handles the facilities management for all NBS branches, constituting over 35 buildings located in Nottingham, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire. Ongoing projects include the refurbishment of all branches in line with the company’s new corporate identity.

Under the new contract Incentive FM will continue to take responsibility for janitorial staff at the head office and has introduced a web hosted help desk system (CONCEPT) to enable all senior personnel access to information about asset planning, management and service assessments and to further improve communication flows.

Fitch chooses Incentive FM to support new venture

Under the terms of the deal Incentive FM will provide a full visitor management service including reception, concierge, vending, meeting room management and mailroom services.

Incentive FM land Genband

Genband is a global leader in software-based, smart networking solutions, helping many of the largest service providers and enterprises in the world connect people to each other.

Following an open tender process Genband choose Incentive FM to provide a full TFM service to its UK Head Office in Maidenhead. A team of security, cleaning, maintenance and management staff transferred on 7th November.
