Incentive Lynx Six Months on

A lot has happened since Incentive Lynx Security joined the Incentive FM Group in February.

In April the Incentive Lynx team moved to the Group offices in Loman Street along with its 24/7 Control Room facility. Spearheading the move was Louise Simpson, Administration Manager, who coordinated all the logistics and the myriad of telephone and IT issues associated with the Incentive Lynx operation. Incentive FM’s John Garrard added his expertise and the transfer was seamless.

Also in April, Borough Market, London's most renowned food market, selected Incentive Lynx Security to be its security services provider. Under the terms of the 4-year contract Incentive Lynx will provide round the clock manned guarding services including the monitoring of CCTV systems. Incentive Lynx will also be providing a visual deterrent with regular security patrols and be on hand 24/7 to assist market traders, staff and visitors.

The summer period was a very busy time for Incentive Lynx Security with many extra customer requirements associated with the Queens Jubilee, the Olympics and the Paralympics being met. In August alone we provided over 7500 hours of additional security guarding cover.

Working alongside Russell Tomlinson, Associate Director of Group Sales, Incentive Lynx has built up a healthy sales pipeline made up of unique and challenging opportunities. We are confident that a good proportion of this pipeline will be reported as new contract wins in the next edition of Upstream.

The first six months have gone very quickly but the entire Incentive Lynx team has enjoyed working with their new colleagues in the Incentive FM Group.
