New Group contract wins

British Midland International – bmi
We are delighted to have secured this contract in open competition: it started in November, covering the airline’s airside and landside accommodation at both Heathrow Airport and at the company’s East Midlands Airport and head office operations. The transition and staff transfer was very smooth and also showed the excellent integration of our regional teams from within both Incentive FM and IQAS – this demonstrates our ability to take on such contracts anywhere in the UK.

Thomas Cook
We have broken new ground here, in working in partnership with our long term friends and services partners at MSS plc. MSS are a mechanical and electrical maintenance specialist, and once provided with this opportunity to tender for all the main Thomas Cook sites, they jumped at the chance, but needed the ability to provide contract cleaning, reception and Security services in addition to their M&E service. Incentive FM was asked to partner with MSS and we ultimately provided a better solution than the national M&E/multi service players who were bidding against us.

This contract covers the company’s eleven main office sites: various London operations, Peterborough head office, Preston, Bradford, Birkenshaw, Accrington, Altricham and Falkirk in Scotland. This is another fine example of regional and intercompany cooperation and complex working to deliver a very cost effective solution for this key client.

Capital & Counties Plc
In November we started the full facilities management service for Capco’s new Grosvenor Street head office. Here we are providing reception and post room services in addition to the standard cleaning, maintenance and security requirement for this major client of ours. Capco is also our client at Covent Garden where they are the landlord for the estate.

University Campus  
We are still subject to confidentiality at the time of going to press, but we have recently been awarded a large scale student accommodation servicing contract for one of the prestigious south of England Universities. This is excellent news and our previous experience in this niche area at Brighton University was a significant factor in the award of this contract which will see around sixty staff transfer to Incentive QAS in the next two months.

Revlon have appointed Incentive QAS to provide services to their London based offices at Greater London House. We are providing the daily contract cleaning operations as well as the day operations of porterage and post room functions.

St Marks Shopping Centre – Lincoln
Jones Lang LaSalle, acting as managing agent for property investor, Standard Life, appointed Incentive FM to provide an integrated facilities management package including cleaning, security, maintenance and car park management.

Lend Lease
Lend Lease have appointed Incentive QAS to provide cleaning and day staff services to their new head office which is within the dynamic Regents Place office development in London. The building will house a range of management and administration staff along with their associated it infrastructure.
