Annie Karastoyanova

Annie KarastoyanovaAnnie Karastoyanova recently joined the IFM Regional Management team and is responsible for a number of contracts in London including the Top Right group of contracts. Annie transferred over to Incentive FM when we won the prestigious Covent Garden contract in 2009. While at Covent Garden Annie progressed from her Office Management role to head the Customer Services and Soft Services teams for the contract.

In 2011 Annie took on the opportunity to manage her first TFM contract at EMAP and in the following 3 years together with John Garrard lead the team through some major and exciting changes for our clients including their move to four new offices in London and the set-up of new services. During Annie’s time at Top Right Group, we won two PFM awards: the first in 2011 recognising the partnership relationship between Incentive and Top Right Group and the second in 2013 recognising the project work associated with the client moves.

Annie puts it all down to the excellent work and commitment of her team. Annie also recently completed her BA (Hons) in Business Studies. She told us: “I am very excited to have joined the Incentive FM regional team and am looking forward to the exciting challenges ahead.”

Jamie Little and Friends PROAM

This Pro Am was held at the Grove in Hertfordshire on Friday 6th March. There were 23 teams of four with each team fielding a professional from the European tour, Challenge tour or Senior’s tour.

Our team consisted of professional golfer Scott Fallon, who is currently ranked in the top 20 of the Challenge Tour, Gary Yardley from Capco, our host and team captain, Jeremy Waud and Myles Waud. Much to our amazement our progress being charted by the hand held device each team carried indicated that we were in close contention after 9 holes - more amazing still that we ended up winning by four shots! Pro golf bags and champagne prizes confirmed our fortune in this great event run in aid of the Willow Foundation for children.

A big thank you to everyone at Incentive FM Group for an incredible year of fundraising. The amazing £27,000 you have raised so far is enough to fund a Macmillan nurse for over 6 months.

With 2.5 million people living with cancer in the UK today and 1 in 2 of us likely to receive a cancer diagnosis, the need for our services has never been greater. We cannot provide the support that people affected by cancer need without having you on board - so thank you so much.

Peter Hull - life in retirement...

Last weekend though was one I needed to share with you fellow petrol heads, as I finally used the gift voucher the staff at St Marks presented to me when I retired from Incentive FM – a voucher to use at Silverstone no less!

I used it to good effect, and a friend who couldn’t bear to see go on my own, when we both took two gorgeous cars around the track. I never got a go in yours Jeremy, but an Aston Martin V8 Vantage was a pretty good one to try - particularly on a race track with no speed limits! But, it gets better - I also drove a Ferrari F430 to compare. Both fabulous cars, but I must say I preferred the musical accompaniment of the Astons exhaust to that of the Ferrari.
