Ray Rushworth, Managing Director, Incentive QAS

Ray was appointed Managing Director of Incentive QAS in February 2013. Over the past 30 years, Ray has amassed extensive knowledge of the service industry – with particular expertise in Cleaning, Catering, M&E, Security and Washroom solutions. Ray has a proven track record of strategically influencing change, inspiring and leading teams and of maximising performance and commitment of staff at all levels.


Erik Williams - Head of Sales, Incentive FM Group

Erik Williams - Head of Sales, Incentive FM Group

Erik Williams joined Incentive FM as a Head of Sales in February 2013. Erik’s responsibilities include searching out new opportunities for Incentive FM Group and driving new business growth for the company with his newly formed team. His role also encompasses networking across the FM industry to further raise Incentive FM’s profile and reputation as the company of choice for FM services outsourcing. Erik has an established background in FM services sales, having previously worked for G4S and ISS Facility Services. Erik currently sits on the London Regional Committee of BIFM as a volunteer arranging CPD and industry networking events, whilst also being a member of the BIFM national expert advisory panel.


Richard Rafferty - Operations Director, Incentive Lynx

Richard Rafferty - Operations Director, Incentive Lynx

Richard Rafferty has joined the Incentive Lynx management team as Associate Director – Operations. Richard will be supporting Raj Pradhan, Operations Director, in the ongoing development of the Incentive Lynx operation and will also have direct contract management responsibilities. Richard’s career has included officer recruitment and training with the Ministry of Defence and senior management positions in commercial security companies in Northern Ireland and England. His most recent role was with Knightsbridge Guarding and included the overseeing of security guarding services at the Heron Tower in the City of London.


Linzi Algar - Bid Manager, Incentive FM Group

Linzi Algar - Bid Manager, Incentive FM Group

Linzi Algar joined the New Business Sales Team at Incentive FM in May 2013 as Bid Manager. Linzi’s responsibilities include the preparation of winning bids; collating expert knowledge from across the company; and taking ownership of the end-to-end procurement process. As part of her role, Linzi will introduce and implement a new bid process to help with demanding deadlines and ensure added efficiency. Linzi has a background within new sales bid management and the creation and implementation of bid procedures with previous experience in public procurement.


Dwayne Royall - Operations Director, Incentive QAS

Dwayne Royall - Operations Director, Incentive QAS

Dwayne joins us from Norland and has 10 years’ experience in the Facilities Management industry. Prior to being with Norland, Dwayne spent 8 years working for Johnson Controls on high profile client contracts such as Barclays, the BBC and Goldman Sachs. His background prior to FM was in the hospitality industry, managing hotels for Sheraton and other major franchises. Dwayne has been brought in to drive forward operational excellence, consistency, and growing the Incentive QAS business. His strong focus on the customer experience will bring a renewed drive for excellence and ensure that we deliver consistently above our clients’ expectations.


Kim Hackman - Business Development Manager, Incentive FM Group

Kim Hackman - Business Development Manager, Incentive FM Group

Kim Hackman joined Incentive FM as a Business Development Manager in June 2013. Kim’s responsibilities include delivering new business growth and representing the Incentive FM Group at networking events across the industry. Kim comes to Incentive FM with background in soft FM services having previously worked for Rentokill Initial, ISS Facility Services, NVIRO Cleaning and EcoLab.
