Scottish WidowsIn order to ensure that all Incentive FM Group employees have the chance to benefit from an auto-enrolment compliant workplace pension, we have reviewed the existing pensions within the group and have now chosen one that is suitable for all Incentive FM Group employees. Although the company has already started communicating with our employees, the national TV advertising, endorsed by members of Dragons Den and The Apprentice, has increased awareness and the subject has become a topic of conversation.

The implementation plan is underway and with the aid of our new integrated HR and payroll software we aim for a smooth transition.
