Grosvenor Centre

Grosvenor CentreThe Grosvenor Centre in Northampton has signed a three-year deal to provide a fully integrated TFM solution. Under the terms of the contract, Incentive FM will deliver a full range of services required for the retail environment including security, cleaning, maintenance and other support services. In particular, all cleaning at the centre will be undertaken using ‘ec-H2O’ Electronically Converted Water Technology, which is both safe and sustainable.

As part of the deal, 26 existing employees will transfer under TUPE to Incentive FM, who will also strengthen the team with the appointment of a facilities administrator, an M&E apprentice, and a security apprentice, all reporting weekly to a Regional Manager.

Incentive FM will also introduce the use of Concept Evolution, a fully web enabled CAFM tool. This includes a helpdesk that has flexible and automated communication processes, which saves time and includes information on Service Level Agreements and other performance measurements. As a result, the helpdesk user will have the ability to prioritise workflow efficiently and effectively, with tasks updated to show their individual status with colour coding to help ensure deadlines are met.

Clarendon Square Shopping Centre

Clarendon Square Shopping CentreClarendon Square Shopping Centre has awarded Incentive FM a three and a half year contract to provide fully integrated TFM services.

Clarendon Square Shopping Centre provides a host of well-known chain stores and independents containing the town’s indoor market hall and outdoor market with the internal centre space spanning 120,000 square feet.

Transferring 12 site-based staff, Incentive FM will provide a full range of services including; cleaning, 24 hour security and remote maintenance services.

The contract marks a further extension in Incentive FM’s relationship with JLL as a preferred supplier in Total Facility Management provision.


Incentive FM Contract renewals

Agfa Graphics Limited, a subsidiary company of Agfa Graphics NV and a leading supplier of digital printing solutions for sign, display and industrial printing, has renewed its Leeds manufacturing plant Facilities Management contract with Incentive FM for a further three years.
The decision reflects the strong partnership between the two businesses that has been built during the initial contract term and has resulted in strong levels of cost control and an improvement in service levels.
Under the terms of the new contract which is worth over £2 million, Incentive FM will be responsible for all cleaning, security, building and grounds maintenance, waste management and fluid management at Agfa’s. The scope also includes all goods in and warehousing, a new service offering from Incentive FM, and catering which was recently voted the best amongst any of its contracts.

Covent Garden London has renewed its multi million pound TFM contract with Incentive FM.
The three + two year contract is to provide an extensive facilities management solution for its Covent Garden Estate. Covent Garden is one of London’s most vibrant districts, attracting over 43 million visitors each year to enjoy its diverse mix of retail, dining, markets and street entertainment.

St Marks Shopping Centre - Incentive FM has been awarded a one year extension to its contract to provide a fully integrated and single branded service at the Standard Life owned St Marks Shopping Centre in Lincoln.
St Marks Shopping Centre offers customers a one-stop shopping experience with an expanded range of familiar high street names including large retail stores. It is built on the site of the former railway station and incorporates some of the original buildings.
Incentive FM will continue to provide a full range of FM and support services to St Marks delivering benefits through the efficient use of staff, the streamlining of invoicing and accountancy procedures and expert procurement and management of sub-contractors.


Incentive QAS

Carnival

Incentive QAS, the specialist cleaning arm of Incentive FM Group, has been awarded a three year contract by Carnival UK, "The World's Most Popular Cruise Line®".

Under the terms of the deal worth £222,000 per annum, Incentive QAS will be responsible for the cleaning of Carnival’s head office in Southampton which is home to over 1,000 employees. It will provide a daily office clean, washroom services, window cleaning and periodic deep cleaning. Twenty-five members of staff have transferred across to Incentive QAS under TUPE and will undergo an intensive training programme.

Incentive Lynx Security

Green Park

Incentive Lynx Security has been selected by Green Park, the premier business park in the Thames Valley, to be its partner for the provision of manned security guarding services.
The three-year contract sees Incentive Lynx Security providing Green Park with building and estate security, control room management, building receptionist services and mobile patrols.

One of the largest managed environments in Europe, Green Park, owned by Oxford Properties, combines first class business amenities for occupiers within an attractive landscape. The Green Park team is responsible for the working environments of over 5,500 people. At 195 acres the community covers a huge area with 23 buildings amounting to over 1.5 million square feet and a further approximately 1 million square feet consented. As a result, there is a huge opportunity to provide accommodation to businesses of all sizes and enable growth at the same location.

10 Portman Square

10 Portman Square10 Portman Square has selected Incentive Lynx to provide front of house and loading bay manned guarding services for their prestigious development in the heart of the West End of London.

The contract will initially run for one year with an option to extend for a further three once occupiers move in and all fit out works have been completed.

In one of London's most exclusive areas this stunning new development will comprise of 113,000 square feet of modern office space over seven floors with spectacular views across the square and beyond. Portman Square is located in the heart of one of London’s most elegant areas, close to some of the West End’s finest shopping and dining destinations.
