The Incentive Group has maintained its strategy to reduce our environmental impact wherever possible through its ISO14000 programmes in IFM and IQAS. We have welcomed Incentive Lynx to the Group and have plans to gain ISO14000 for the security business in the first quarter.

Good examples of transforming our CSR strategy into action include IQAS’s in house chemical range and latest addition to its transport fleet, a Bradshaw electric vehicle. Incentive Lynx is considering hybrid technology for its London based vehicles and also state of the art lighting in our new Loman Street control room.

2012 is also our “Green year” and a roadshow will be coming to a location near you or by webcast, showcasing the reporting tools we have, our CSR champions and our environmental offering ensuring compliance and reducing impact and cost.

Our new FSI concept system is also being developed to help achieve compliance across the SHEQ (Safety Health Environmental Quality) areas and will make some of our manual processes redundant. Further specialist training on the provision of a range of high quality development courses to our staff with environmental knowledge and skills to make a practical difference in the workplace are also planned throughout the year.

Our teams around the UK on site and in our Ware and London offices have been busy raising money for our chosen charity. Christmas hamper raffles and auctions were popular (Hexagon Tower and Crompton Peaks). Quitting the dreaded weed was the theme in Ware and our IQAS Ops team are cycling their way in the dark from London to Brighton! More cycling exploits are being planned later in the year!
